I'LL BE KICKING OFF THE THIRD EPISODE SOON! This takes place after the sleepover and will cover their return to school, meeting our cute little newshounds for the interview and then reporting to Paladin HQ to begin training, followed by an investigation and a monster fight.  |

Hiro Kurosawa stepped out of the Mansion and stretched. Last night's party was amazing. They learned about the Gods, the Goddess and the history of the previous Chosen Ones from across the Multiverse and about the Guardian Spirits. She even learned more about the Vampires! In all honesty she was a bit disappointed she didn't get to see Darius in person. Sure he was utterly terrifying, his Aura alone had nearly overwhelmed them, but she still wanted to meet him in person at some point. He could be a badass ally in the coming war. Like a terrifying Vampire All-Mightucard. (Hmmmm. All-Mightycard. I have a new Manga idea!)

(I can look up everything I need to know on a moments notice and we've lived through several horrors and nightmares. Besides, our friends have made successful manga. How hard can it be?)
Hiro's thoughts were interrupted by the little fireflies floating past them. "Huh? Now what are they doing here?" The fireflies danced through the air as if choreographed by every joyous memory and dream. They danced in a heady swarm of light like a frozen firework explosion flying around like they were carried in unfelt currents. Upon closer observation though they weren't fireflies. They were little fireballs floating through the air and surrounding Chidori Chinatsu who was standing on a large sharp looking boulder on one foot with her other leg raised up to her stomach and her hands clasped in prayer with her eyes closed and her hair blowing in the breezy morning light.
"Well. You don't see that everyday."

She replied and lowered her foot before backflipping off of the boulder and landing next to Hiro with a perfect landing. "Good Morning, Hiro, did you sleep well?" "Oh man I was out like a light when I hit the pillow and I slept right through the night. How about you?" Hiro looked back up at the words. "When did you learn to do that?" "Last night." She patted the wand in her belt. "Sigmis has been training me on the astral plane when I'm asleep on top of Ava's training here in reality. We can condense a few days of training into each night." "Oh man I've got to figure out that little trick." Hiro thought about it for a moment. ( Lets see, the astral plane is a plane of existence postulated by classical, medieval, oriental, and esoteric philosophies and mystery religions, the world of the celestial spheres, crossed by the soul in its astral body on the way to being born and after death, and is generally believed to be populated by angels, spirits or other immaterial beings. It's, in essence, an alternate dimension in an equivalent space to our own, where all matter is composed of ectoplasm. On the astral plane, the life energies and consciousnesses of other beings are discernible to adepts. Adepts can reach the astral plane by psionic or magical means. Powerful psychics and sorcerers astral project their "Spirit or astral body" into the realm allowing them to manipulate the astral plane...) Hiro smiled. "Yeah. I've got an idea. I can whip up something in the lab that can allow access to it." "Seriously?" Chidori asked excitedly. "Because that would be awesome!" "Hey, if any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic then by that same token, any sufficiently analyzed magic is indistinguishable from science, thus magics effects can be replicated by sufficiently advanced technology." Hiro reasoned and pointed at her wand. "Technically speaking, the wand could even be considered a form of technology. Magitech if you want to be exact. Besides, if you can learn magic and teach it then there's a process to it, which means there's a science to it." "Hot damn you are awesome! I can't find any flaws in that logic either. What do you think, Sigmis? Do you agree?" The fire imp flew up out of the wand and sat on her shoulder. " She speaks the truth, Chosen One, it is remarkable to have such knowledge and wisdom at such a young age. Truly you could not have asked for better allies." "Well there you have it, Hiro." Chidori fist bumped the little fire imp. "If you want any help developing your astral plane tech let me know. I'll help however I can." "I'll keep that in mind. I'll need to do some research and draw up the blueprints first but when I need an assistant I'll give you a call." "Sweet. So how about the others? Are they awake yet?" "Yeah, everybody else is inside getting ready for the day and then we'll teleport to school." "Awesome. Regarding the interview though. I think we can tell them almost everything. We'll just need to hold back the big details about The Goddess and The World Saints. I'm not sure if the world is ready to know about all of that." "Good point. We don't want to freak anybody out if we can avoid it. Besides, we'll be giving Kyouko and her newsgroup more than enough information to run with." |

Takako Yoshino finished drying off after her shower and stepped back into her room. "Ohhh man I cannot believe a house like this even exists! The Battousai's are like something out of a dream! Chidori's got some really cool friends. Moving here was the best decision Mama and Papa ever made!" She commented. She hung up her towel and began grabbing her clothes while singing HIGE DANdism's "I LOVE. "Within the scenery I gaze at, ever since you've come in, the world's changed completely but in the middle of the days I've always managed flawlessly, it's crumbling, unable to defy a strange attraction "I love..." She turned it over and it turned out to be a scratch off ticket! "Ha! Sweet! I'm definitely giving you a try over breakfast." She pocketed the raffle ticket and walked out of the room. "Ahhhhhh~h! I feel like I overslept! I'm on schedule but I feel like I overslept a little. How strange. Truly these are the softest beds ever. I felt like I was sinking into my bed last night." Toki commented to herself with amusement. She sat down to prepare herself for the day when she heard a knock on her door. "Who is it?" "Yo, yo, yo it's me! Time to wake up sleepyhead!" "Oh. Hello Hana. Good Morning. You can come in if you need to." Toki responded while she began drying her hair. Hana slipped into the room and closed the door behind her. "Good Morning, Sleepyhead! I just came to tell...you...th-tha...thaa..." Hana trailed off into emptiness as she saw Toki removing her towel to tend to her hair.  "Yes? What's up?" There was a momentary pause before Hana snapped back to attention. "BreakfastisreadywehavesomereallygoodstuffpreparedGOODMORNINGBYE!" She turned and ran out of the room and closed the door behind her. "Ah. Breakfast is ready. Lovely." She continued preparing herself for the morning. (Succubus! She's A Succubus!) Malty Battosai had already dressed in her school uniform, complete with the uniform that represented the SC of her academy. Morgaine and Gwen observe her within the confines of her massive closet, that's big enough to be a bedroom. "In light of the upcoming crisis there is a special task I'd like for the two of you to conduct" Malty said while checking herself out in the mirror. "What would that be, Lady Battosai?!" Morgaine asked in an emotionless tone. "Protect Han-Cakes with your lives" Gwen perked up at the order, (I get to spend time with the Dark Prince, this day is off to a good start!) Morgaine to the left, Gwen to the right. Morgaine looked tempted to phantom kick Gwen for that mental remark but decided to take a rain check, for now. "Consider it done Lady Battosai. What of the Miss Wakamura?" "Oh Toki's in good hands, don't worry" Malty assured _ (So Big Bro just unintentionally created himself a Harem. When did I get Isekai'd into a Harem Ecchi starring the Grosse-One?) Hana thought to herself while walking the halls, she stopped at the door to Han's room, from the sounds of it Han is doing his morning exercises. "You know there is only three steps into that ring. Just three. 1. Fighting isn't about one guy hitting another guy. It's psychological. 2. You don't just defeat your opponent physically but mentally. Why's that?" Han's Phantom Mentor Rocky Balboa coaches as Han performs a series of strikes at a punching bag. "When you get inside your opponent's head he'd start to doubt himself. When you rattle him just enough then that is when you have the advantage" Rocky smiled and nods. "Not bad, Big Bro. Yet as a wise Old Master once said, Punching Bag don't hit back" Han chuckled, "Not sure that's accurate but good shout out regardless" Hana grinned and closes the door behind her as she entered his room. Han raised an eyebrow. Hana got in a fighting stance, "Now lets see how well you do against a more sentient target" |

It's important to be able to fight and handle yourself in a variety of scenarios!" Hana declared and rushed him and lashed out with a few punches that Han deflected aside with his forearms so Hana switched it up and turned around and leaped in the air and lashed out with a flying tornado kick! Han leaned back to dodge it and Hana dropped back down, kicked at him, Han dodged that, Hana dropped down and tried to sweep his legs so Han jumped over it so Hana leaned back, balanced on one hand and pushed up into the air off of her hand and kicked out with her feet! She finally made contact but Han blocked it and pushed her backwards. Hana rolled with it, stopped herself and got back on her feet with a smile and she rushed him again and attacked with a perfect-picture reverse roundhouse kick! Han blocked it and Hana stepped back. Han laughed. " Those were some sweet moves. Chidori's lessons have been paying off." "What do you expect? I can't let the two of you get too far ahead of me!" Gwen smiled. "If I may speak freely, Princess, I think the two of you will make a lovely couple." |

"What's up?" "It's all good to have kickass martial arts skills and all but if I don't learn Magic or borrow some of Big Sis's Tech I won't be able to help fight against the monsters. This is just the starting point for us. We have a long way to go before we can fight off the forces of evil alongside the big guns." She put her hands behind her head. "I don't want to be one of those side-characters who sit on the sidelines commenting on everything the big guns do. I want to be right there with them helping them fight evil and save the world!" "It's good to know you've got your priorities straight and want to keep improving. I'm sure our various mystical allies can help you with learning spellcasting while Kokonotsu and Kevin can assist everyone with on the tech side. By combining both we'll have all of our weaknesses covered." "Heh...Coconuts and Kevy are going to be joining the fight, eh? Great. I can't wait. We'll be unstoppable together." "Having said that, I want a promise from you, sister dear." "Huh? What is it?" "You will use your powers for Good, Never For Evil, No Magic Bullying!" Hana sat up with a hammy, overacted look of shock on her face. "Why I Never! What in the world makes you think moi would ever misuse her powers for the purposes of trolling people?" Han just smirked at her. "Okay fine, I solemnly swear to use my powers for Good and Never For Evil!" "Good and I fully expect you to stick to that." Han replied and ruffled her hair. (Laught it up all you want! You're the one with a Succubus for a girlfriend!) Hana commented internally and sat up and adjusted her hair. "Come on then. Breakfast is served!" |

 A bird with wings and feathers as bright as the fires she was summoned from, soared throughout the city of Hinansho. The Phoenix in question is around the size of a hawk as it's intention wasn't to install fear among the citizens. In actuality upon seeing the fire avian would no doubt inspire a few to record it's flight and post it on social media. The Phoenix, amused by such a possibility, did one final flight around Hinansho then continued its destination towards Gonegai Mountain where the Shrine of Ichika and her aunt lived. It descends till it reaches a cherry blossom tree near the temple and rest itself. Yashu had just finished preparing two cups of tea. She already made one for Rin and prepared one for an expected guest. She leaves the temple and can see her guest sitting on the cherry blossom tree. What was once a bird had shifted into a beautiful humanoid female with fire wings. No matter how many times Yashu would see it she's amazed that her wings never burned the tree. In her theory it probably doesn't burn because Ava doesn't allow it. The flames are part of her after all. "Good morning, Avalon" Yashu smiled up at her. Crouched on the tree branch Avalon smiled in return. She flapped her wings and made her descent towards the ground and accepted the cup of tea. "It's more than good my, friend." Avalon closed her eyes and sniffed the air, picking up a hint of a familiar demonic aura. "Ken or The Raggedy Man as I'd prefer, has finally returned.
