The Dragonborn Saga: The Dragon Prince of Redgard

"How do you do, Lord Yun?" Madeline greeted in an eloquent sing songy voice.

"A pleasure, Miss Vanille and a pleasure to meet you as well Asura. You truly have chosen a wonderful and amazing Team, Commander."

"My sincere gratitude, your highness."


The Queen climbed down from the saddle and nodded.

"You like him? His name is Biscuit. He's a Behemoth I picked up in the Thundering Tundra beyond The Bellowing Peaks when he was a baby and I raised him. Now he is my both my loyal steed and a trusted friend."

is their Destiny.



"Incredible. Sages are known to study and meditate for decades for the possibility of receiving a dragon's blessing. It is remarkably rare for an infant to receive the blessing of one." Queen Heimarmene Karāhoīru noted. "Fascinating. We should all treasure this sight. Prince Rin has a very bright future ahead of him."

"My word. I'd read about such blessings in the stories of old but it is another thing to witness it in person for real." Sherwood replied quietly. "This is a sacred event."



Emperor Calistantius Fralenix Baishen XXVII chuckled and stroked his mighty beard. "To be treated to such a display on our arrival. Magnificent. The Heavens are smiling upon the Kingdom this day!"








The Orion Empire's own Young Queen Enyo Jarpr's shoulder cape fluttered in the breeze as she observed this display. Even if it was through one eye. Watching such a fateful meeting and blessing be bestowed upon such a young prince was a true marvel. It was a sign from the divine that the young Prince was blessed for greatness.




Her faithful bodyguard and right hand man, Joseph Johannes Blackburn, beamed and took it all in with a big smile on his face.

The moment seemed to drag on forever but eventually it had to come to an end. When the dragon lowered its claw and the baby giggled the crowd and guests applauded the monumental sacred event.

Queen Heimarmene Karāhoīru stepped forward to congratulate Lord Yun but paused mid-step and turned to look at the sky instead. Her eyes narrowing.

"Is something wrong your highness?" Sherwood asked while looking to the sky.

"...I don't think so. You did invite her, correct?"

"That's right. She is a guest here."

"So I see. That's good to know."

Biscuit and Asura also turned their heads to look at the sky, feeling the oncoming presence.

"Well, well, well. So she actually showed up." Remina commented with a smile.

Enyo grinned even as she grasped the arm beneath her shoulder cape. "It's been a long time since I've seen her. She does love an entrance though doesn't she?"

The previously bright sudden day was suddenly swallowed up by dark clouds with flashes of green fire flaring up inside of them! The wind kicked up and blew around them. Prince Rin stopped laughing and instead stared in confusion. The guards stepped in front of Lord Yun but he waved them off. A stream of green fire was released from a cloud and struck the ground but instead of burning the street it instead took human form! At the same time, a massive unkindness of Ravens flew down from the clouds and swooped down and flew over the Kingdom in a spiral loop before they flew down to the street in front of Lord Yun and they all coalesced into a tall humanoid woman. The being of green fire meanwhile stood tall and the flames took a solid form before turning into pitch black armor!

This set of armor has a squared helm with a face guard shaped in the face of a God. Attached to its side are two tall wing shaped ornaments.
The shoulders are fairly oval, quite narrow and fairly small in size. They're decorated with a serpent's head shaped metal ornament piece on each side. The upper arms are protected by pointed, half covering rerebraces which sit nicely under the shoulderplates. The lower arms are covered by vambraces which have several arrow heads attached in a row on the outer sides, as if arrows have pierced the arms. The breastplate is made from many layers of squared metal sheets. It covers only the front, the back is where the attachment straps are and they are covered in more black armor. The upper legs are covered by squared, fully covering cuisses. The lower legs are protected by greaves which have a curved animal bone attached to each outer side, the bone curves upwards towards the pelvis. The dark being who appeared to be literally made of armor walked forward while the humanoid in the shape of a woman, whom was initially bending the knee to Lord Yun suddenly stood tall again and flipped her hair back. Her long black wings flapped a few times before receding into her back and her long black dress.

The dress covers just one of her shoulders, leaves the other uncovered and flows down into a graceful halter neckline. It's a tight fit which gives the dress a classy and polished look. Her arms have been covered completely. The sleeves broaden towards the bottom, allowing for bracelets to be visible. The dress' waist is narrow, but it's a loose fit. A large belt helps accentuate her waist in a stylish manner. Below the waist the dress widens and has multiple symmetric layers from top to bottom. The dress reaches to well above her ankles and is the same length all around. She's wearing wedges, no other shoe would've matched this dress better. To top it all off she's wearing a subtle necklace and an embroidered bracelet.

Her ghostly pale skin became bright and healthy, almost glowing! Her glowing white eyes became more normal and a bright shining blue. Her raven scepter in hand she bowed her head to Lord Yun. "Greeting, Lord Yun, I am honored you would invite me to this momentous occasion." She greeted sincerely while the clouds blew away and light shined down on the Kingdom once more.



She was joined by her Black Knight, the Lord of Darkness Erebus, who took his sword and pointed the blade to the ground as he bowed his head in respect.

Erebus noticed her observing him and fighting to keep the light of her Semblance shining out of her. There was a silent stare down between them until Sun Xinyi managed to push her Semblance enough to surround her body with light once more. The light illuminating from her body actually seemed to put Prince Rin at ease as the baby relaxed in Lord Yun's arms.

Erebus gave a slight nod of approval and spoke in a deep echoing baratone voice. "Well done. Continue to push your abilities to overcome your weaknesses and you will grow stronger." He informed her and returned his attention to his Queen.

"Thank you, Sir Erebus." Sun replied politely.

"Indeed. Thank you both for coming. You honor us all with your presence, Lady Carabosse of the Phantom Forest."

"I should be thanking you for allowing us to join in on today's festivities. It is a truly blessed day, Lord Yun. We were ever so delighted to receive your invitations. I hereby promise you that this will be a sacred day to remember. I have the most wonderful gift planned for the Crown Prince."

"I'm pretty sure he'll be looking forward to that when the time comes." Lord Yun spoke

Erebus stood up, height wise he towers over both his respective ladyship and The Lord Ruler yet maintains a rather civil presence. He looked down at the young prince, looking up at him. He's quite impressed by the infant, he isn't the slightest intimidated by The Dark Lord's presence. In his own way it appears as if Prince Rin is studying the Hel-Knight. While Erebus also recognize the immense power radiating from him. A fact that he finds fascinating. Most wouldn't start developing their Essence until they're around 12yrs of age but Rin has got it within an infant age.

He then gently reaches out to the baby, who reaches up and grabs his finger.

"I take it my son has blessed you" Lord Yun joked

Standing along side her warrior companion, Xian looks to the side of the Orc warrior woman Rana. She's like a beast ready to attack if any of them shows any hint of malice intentions towards the young master. Yet Rana's whole expression continues to remain calm and undisturbed. Xian wishes she shares her Warrior-Sister's demeanor as her stomach feels like an ocean in the middle of a storm. Being within the same presence as Erebus is worse enough but the idea of The Dark Lord being within a few feet of the young prince himself. However

The moment she gazed upon the prince's expression, all manner of worry seem to have washed away. If someone like Prince Rin could produce unlikely allies then Xian has faith in the kind of future that will befall him as he grows older.

"You definitely did! You used an aura burst to double jump in the air and give yourself more speed!"

"That's not cheating that's strategy!" Rin insisted. "It's perfectly fair! I never said anything about your shortcuts!"

"That's strategy!"

"So is the aura burst!"

"Right then. I'll handle this." Xian clapped her hands together. "Right. Listen up you two goofballs. Garon? Prince Rin's Aura Acrobatics and Speed Bursts are perfectly fair. If you don't rule them out beforehand then anything is fair. Rin? His shortcuts are also fair. That too is a part of strategy. The optimal solution would be to use both shortcuts and strategic Aura Bursts to boost yourself forward. However, you must also be careful that you don't expel too much aura or you'll be left exhausted and vulnerable until you are able to recover. But of course, if you are able to master it?" She suddenly flash stepped behind the two and knelt down and ruffled their hair. "Then you get to do cool stuff like this!"
