History of the city
The city was founded 58 years ago by ten families who arrived on the continent hoping to make profit from the resources of the place. They soon knew that the area was rich in silicon and other components very important for scientific and robotic research. While also the natural areas which by law had to be preserved could serve as a touristic source of income. They started to plan a city on the coastline where they would start their industry, each family founding a different district, and separating all of them by what today would become the divisory walls. Los Matavenados or Deer killers in spanish is a gang that currently have the most power on Eneph district, it is composed by latin-like people and several underdogs who joined forces to take control of the underworld of Eneph, providing services such as serial killers, trafficking and black market offers.

On the head of the Ikanori district´s criminal world is the Daikuroi organization. a Yakuza styled mafia who is in control of almost every operation in the district, specially the chimera population who is constantly being hunted by them to be used as human experiment subjects and as merchandise for export.
