Arc No.1: Bright Lights Big City
So here's what I'm thinking. After everyone gets dressed, they have themselves a day out touring with Kenshin showing him everything he's missed and what's changed en route to the restaurant. We can have some fun comparing and contrasting Kenshin's memories of Hinansho with how it's changed since he's been gone while doing so.
Eventually they reach the restaurant and he's pleasantly surprised to see that Hestia's achieved her dream in the years gone by. He also meets Cener there and the students have some fun with him about Cener being Hestia's daughter. Hestia herself comes down and hangs out with him a bit until it's time to eat. Kenshin meets with her after they eat and pay for their meal and they reconnect while reflecting on their past and how much things have changed. Hestia also finally clarifies for him that she adopted Cener after rescuing her from unfortunate circumstances. So now she's living with her when she isn't training at Combat School or working at the restaurant with her.
Kenshin reconnects with Hestia and Cener hangs out with the students for a while until it's time to get back to work.
Kenshin and the group leave and continue their tour of Hinansho for the day before finally returning to the Dojo and celebrating again.
