-Annabelle Ruby is definitely one! You might think she's along the lines of Captain America except she was apparently enhanced back in the 1800's before even World War 1! It wasn't even The Government that created her either but as a of yet unknown enigmatic scientist that Annabelle's dubbed The Old Man. She is quite the powerhouse as well. Enhanced Strength, Speed, Reflexes, Resilience, Healing, Etc but with a few twists. Not only does she get stronger with age but she is able to absorb and store the energy from weapons or impacts she takes until it is eventually all released and magnified at once in a massive explosion that can obliterate an entire city and the area beyond it! Even more? After this she will black out and go on a blind and violent and brutal rampage like a ravenous raging animal for a while until she passes out and wakes up desperately hungry and thirsty and needs to replenish herself before she can move on. It's made clear that despite her insane powers there are some serious drawbacks. Necessitating her going at it alone to prevent her allies being caught up in the crossfire of her power unleashed.

--One thing is for sure though. The series has been making it downright clear that normal humans are absolutely not able to fight with her with the way she completely overpowers The Germans even in groups like they're mere children compared to her!

Basically, Super Explosion aside, she's somewhere between Captain America and Soulja Boyin terms of power.

-A downplayed example but it should be noted that Annabelle, despite her flashy costume and superpowers, is still a soldier in a war so a measure of ruthlessness is to be expected and thus Annabelle is defined by her willingness to do anything in a fight to win, even sometimes using underhanded or unfair tactics, to the extent that she occasionally veers into straight up overkill and even The Germans are downright terrified of her and call HER The Devil! Which makes sense considering this is after WW1 which she also fought in! Naturally stories about an immortal superhuman monster that they flat out cannot kill would get around!

-Annabelle takes out two tanks this way. Leaping and climbing on top of them, forcing their hatches open and tossing in grenades before leaping away and leaving the Germans inside to be blown away with the crew inside.

-Downplayed but how else do you describe someone who takes a quick time-out from a battle to step into a shower because she didn't feel like continuing the fight while on fire and then going right back to stomping everyone?

-While Annabelle is perfectly fine with using a variety of weapons and kicks her fighting primarily focuses on just punching her problems in the face. It works pretty well thanks to her super strength.
