Note: Normally I was going to save this for a future arc but after the way a couple of shows handled the reveal of a heroes identity to their friends I thought this would make a nice palate cleanser. Timeline wise this take place during the sleepover. Once the festivities of the party died down Hiro took Chidori to the side for a private meeting. Morgaine the house butler was generous enough to guide them to the balcony. As they arrive Morgaine offered that she'll be inside should they need anything. "Sure thing. Thanks Morgaine" Hiro said fondly "Just doing my job Milady" Morgaine bowed Morgaine returned inside and closed the door to let the ladies have their privacy. She did stand guard from within in the event anyone else should intrude. Hiro watched Chidori observe the city from the balcony, it provided time to rehearse what she's going to say to her within her head. "The best thing to do is say what comes from the heart" Aria advised "Besides, what is the worst case scenario?" "She could feel betrayed over the fact that I didn't tell her sooner" Hiro pointed, only for a second. " Yet she's far too mature for that than others give her credit""No doubt. So now or never right?" Hiro nods then took a deep breath. "So, Chi-Bird. The reason I've brought you up here is because, there's something I want to tell you"

Uh, okay." She shrugged and did as Hiro asked. "Just know that whatever it is, I'll accept you." Chidori assured her. |

Hiro smiled, that reaction was enough to make him get a little emotional but she kept it in check. It was now or never as far as she's concerned. She could flat out tell her right away but it's best that she'd show her.
"Henshin!" Hiro's eyes glowed and bright blue light engulfed her till all that appeared is the shape of a large blue orb. Once the orb vanished what appeared is none other than the protector of Hinansho herself. Standing before her number one fan, her best friend, and now fellow superhero.
Chidori wonders if she's dreaming. Maybe one of those magical girl visions or something as she just stared at Guardian silently.
"Chi-Bird....It's me" Guardian says gently.

The legend she'd looked up to, who'd pulled her out of her darkness and back to the world of the living, the city's guardian angel who'd saved her life yet again just last night, was standing right in front of her and had been standing by her side all these years. A lesser person might crumble at this revelation or throw a childish tantrum over not being told everything right off the bat but Chidori, for all her flaws, was considerably more mature than that and had a more positive reaction. "HO-LY 💧︎☟︎✋︎❄︎!" She declared and jumped off the bed. "Y-You've been....💣︎⚐︎❄︎☟︎☜︎☼︎☞︎🕆︎👍︎😐︎✋︎☠︎☝︎ GUARDIAN this whole time?" She exclaimed and ran up to grab her. "This...this...this is...this is INCREDIBLE!" |

Most of the suit she designed was from advanced tech that the organization obtained from a future Timeline. "Woah! Time travel? You mean that exist?!" Hiro laughed then nods, she recalled the stories her mom and dad would tell her. Some not knowing would pass it up as bedtime stories but even as a little girl Hiro knew there was something special about her parents. They were heroes who have been there and literally shaped history. Across time and space. |

If you can time travel...couldn't you just go back in time and kick Johnny and Suko's ♋︎⬧︎⬧︎♏︎⬧︎? Or...is this...like a...you can time travel but you only end up creating an alternate timeline when you do so?" |

Hiro brought her hands up and started rubbing her eyes at that memory. "I'm sorry...If you want to change the subject" Hiro shook her head, she took another deep breath then continued. "At one time I've asked one of my superiors that. I thought I'd get a normal refusal but she selected a timeline that was a few days before my parents died. There was a sense of incoming dread I felt yet there was also that opportunity, what if I could save my parents? So I did so. When I returned to my own time I've come to realize nothing has changed. That would've been it right then and there but-" Hiro explained how her superior showcased a timeline where her parents are alive and lived long enough to raise their family. Then that was taken from them. In that timeline, instead of Sakura, it was Hana who ended up as Johnny's victim. All due to posing as her older sister, to make matters worse he killed her while he was in the form of Hiro. |
