Our Paragon Institute: Wake Up, Go To School, Save The World

"Hey, hey! You two are going to the Academy too huh?" A young lady asked them as she approached the two. Mia and Stefan looked back to see a tall well dressed young lady with shoulder length dark hair and a very wide toothy shark grin on her face.



"You said it! We're going to make a real name for ourselves there!" She grinned and offered her hand. "Nice to meet you! I'm Amelia North! Pleased to meet you!"

"Ohhhh so you're the North Girl?" She asked and eagerly shook her hand. Mia immediately took notice of her impressive strength. "Well then this must be fate. Our Mothers work together you know!" She stopped shaking Mia's hand and introduced herself properly. "My name is Rosangel! Rosangel Eden!"

"Woah! Eden? As in Seraphina Eden? Is she your mother?" Stefan asked her. "Oh, sorry, my name is Stefan Takashi."

Rosangel started shaking his hand while a mouth opened up in her cheek that stretched around her face all the way back to her other mouth. "Nice to meet you both!" She greeted through the second mouth.

"Okay! That's new." Amelia noted with excitement. "Are you a shapeshifter?"

Rosangel held up her free hand and a mouth appeared in the middle of it while eyeballs grew out of the tips of two fingers. "Kinda! I affectionately refer to it as Body Horror! It's apparently an evolved mutation of my mom's powers." She let go and her body returned to normal. "So how about you guys? What are your powers? Are they really cool?!"

"No freaking way, man! This really must be fate!" She laughed. "The girl named after Angels with the Body Horror Power and the Paladin on the same plane! This is a very cool day!" She laughed and turned her attention back to Mia. "Your turn!"

Damn man. Amelia really needs a hug.

IC: "K.P.? He's my Uncle actually! Yeah he doesn't really age but it's all good though. He's super cool. He's the smartest member of the Paragons you know."

"Hey that's all we can do right? You just gotta get up out there in front of the stage and strut your stuff and blow everyone away!"

"The stage?" Stefan asked.

"You know? The Demonstration! It's where you show your powers to the Professors so they can get an idea of how far along you are in your powers and they can see how much work they'll have to put in to train you in them, which classes will be best qualified to teach you, etc. I've heard it's really fun. I'm planning to perform some really spooky tricks. I'm going to go full Lovecraft on that stage." She laughed. "Maybe see if I can get the Lightshow over there to give me some mood lighting."

The Photo-Ergokinetic Body in the Students Uniform gave a thumbs up to her.

Niles Neptune tapped his tennis shoe against a wall with his legs crossed while he listened to some music from his headphones. He had on turquoise blue tennis shoes, blue jeans, a light blue shirt and a short sleeve blue jacket with blue bubbles pictures all over it. His blonde hair was worn in a punk-ish cool hairstyle. His eyes are hidden behind a pair of sunglasses. It is very obvious from how he looks and acts that Niles is someone who strives for the cool factor.
This is somewhat negated however by both his jacket and the bubbles he's blowing out of his mouth which he proceeds to toss around from hand to hand while others float around his wrists.



He was snapped out of his relaxation when he noticed someone tapping him. Niles tossed one bubble on top of the other and then lowered his shades to look at the other teen sitting next to him. "Yes can I help you?"

"No offense but...ahahahahahaaa." The student cracked up. "Is that seriously your power?" He asked between laughter.

"Your damn right it is." Niles replied proudly. "Fysallidakinesis! Best Power you've never heard of. So what's yours?"

The student finally stopped laughing at him and raised his hand up. "Watch and learn. This is a real power in action." He closed his fist and flexed his arm. It swiftly became covered in steel-like lizard-esque scales up to his elbow. "See that? That's the real deal. Just like me. The name's Rhodes Ferrum and I'm going to be the next #1 Alpha Class Hero. You on the other hand...honestly...you might make Delta Class but I don't see you rising above that. Sorry man. Might want to stick to martial arts instead of a loser power like that." Rhodes Ferrum is a tall muscular young man with dark hair and fiery yellow eyes and an air of arrogance about him. He is wearing the school uniform with a metal necklace around his neck.




"You certainly speak from the heart, shellhead."

"I was speaking from my mouth, bubble-bitch."

"Nobody else wanted to sit with you did they?"

"It was mutual!" Rhodes replied quickly. "Besides, nobody wanted to sit near you, loserman."

"This from the guy who could be beaten by a giant magnet."

"Shows what you know. I can just turn it off and on again. And it's still more badass than harmless little bubbles."



"Just wait until The Demonstration, scaly. I'll show you real power." Niles said to the wall he was now facing. "Wait what?"

"Yeah I'll wait. Wait for you to embarrass yourself with your pathetic powers." Rhodes replied to a wall. "...The heck?"

The two students looked around until they noticed an Alpha Class Hero standing over them in the back room they were now sitting in. He was dressed in blue spandex with red shorts, gloves and boots, a red popped collar and a red mask with the symbol of an hourglass on his chest and a black utility belt around his waste. "Now children, I understand you're excited, but this is no place for a fight. We have sparring sessions at the Academy but they're all in good fun. We are all friends here and I know you all want to become Heroes, right? So lets try to get along, okay?" Timewarp asked them.




"Yes sir. Sorry sir." They both apologized.

"Good. Now then, remember, a power is only as good as its user and even the most innocuous power can have incredible potential in the right hands. What matters is how you use it, understand?"

"Yes sir. But, how did you get us in here without us noticing?"

"Oh that's simple. I grabbed you both and skipped ahead of the few seconds it would've taken me to carry you both in here. Everything around us skipped ahead those 10 seconds as well but I'm the only one who noticed it. Which means after using my power we are now 10 seconds closer to our destination. Simple right?"

As if on cue, a cute little ice bird, as in a little bird literally made of ice, a Raven to be specific, flew through the air and landed on Stephen's shoulder. It was cold to the touch but adorable nonetheless. Stephen smiled and rubbed its head with his hand. Definitely cold to the touch. "Caw!" The Ice Raven spoke. "While She agrees that the bubbleman and scaleman were overcompensating, She doesn't think Dante should get too ahead of himself! He has potential but he's still a rookie like everyone else here. Caw!"

"Caw-Caw yourself, Eirwen." Dante smirked. "Nice trick with the Ice Construct but you're gonna need better than that if we meet in the Arena."

"Caw!" The Ice Raven replied. "Dante doesn't need to worry. She is a professional and will snuff his flames out. Caw!"

"Now, now, guys. We're all friends here. save the pummeling and smack talk for the arena." Stephen assured them. "I say we focus on planning for the Demonstration. Lets blow the judges minds and make our first day memorable."

"Where are you anyway?" Dante asked the Ice Raven."

"Caw! First seat on the left in the front. Caw!"

Eirwen Demetria was indeed sitting back and relaxing in her chair on the front of the plane while she manipulated her ice construct. She had a athletic gymnastic build with light blue skin and dark blue hair she kept slicked back.





(This is going to be quite a ride.) Amelia noted internally as she observed the eccentric students around her.

"Caw. Duly noted. We can write out the IOU later. Caw." The Raven replied to Stephen.

"Heh, well, you know, I have that affect on people." He smiled. "Hey hothead! You're on! You and I shall have an honorable duel!"

"That's the spirit." Dante smirked. "One honorable and flashy duel and I'll burn you down."

"Best of luck to you as well, my fiery friend!" Stefan called back.


"Quite an eccentric group aren't they?" Futabayama Bacchus asked in between eating from an extra large bento box that had a wide variety of foods in it. Takoyaki, Clams, KFS, Beef, Swordfish, Crabs, Scorpions, Alligator and more along with, bizarrely enough, Crystals and various Metal Objects including small knives! Bacchus is clearly one of if not the tallest student there and certainly the widest. Bacchus was huge in every way, wide and tall, legs as big as any adult's waist with shortcut hair and a casual knowledgeable expression on his face as he continued eating his bizarre meal. "This is going to be a really fun school year. By the way, is there a Recyclotron on the plane?"



"Don't worry about it. I'll just dust it when we get there." The small girl sitting next to him informed him.

"Oh yeah. Thanks, Electra."

"Ah, ah ah! What did I say to call me?"

"Sorry...Maitresse."

"That's better." 'Maîtresse' Electra Dark smirked. She is a slim young woman of middling height, and also has blue eyes and blue hair in a boycut. She has shaved eyebrows, thin lips, and wears dark eyeliner that gives her a hawkish and tough appearance. She is wearing the uniform of the academy with long black gloves that covers her hands and arms up to her elbows underneath her uniform.



She observed the various students around her and then closed her eyes as she relaxed in her seat. "You're right though. We have an eccentric energetic electrifying group don't we? I can't wait to make them all submit to their new Queen!"

"Assuming you don't get BBQ'ed of course." He joked.

"10,000 finger pushups when we get some freetime." She ordered in response.

"Yes Maitresse."

"Perfect right? We're definitely going to bring him into the fold." She decided. (Provided he's willing of course. We'll have to do this delicately as always. Same with that spicy looking redhead over there.) Electra noted as she studied Amelia North.

Well that's a cool trick! So is his cape like a symbiote super suit version of Dr.Strange's Cape?
