Note: I think this is a good place to end the first volume. Hawk getting his hero moment, regardless of the tragic outcome, and his family are established in this. Plus it sets up future storylines. Where things will go for Hawk is anyone's guess. Here's an interesting teaser for the second volume though. A Eiji Hawkins, now dressed in a black and white suit in homage to the Tarantino classic Reservoir Dogs just looks at his 'date' across from him in a rather puzzled expression. "Yeah. I've officially walked into The Twilight Zone" Eiji commented, giving himself one solid slap to assure if all of this is real or not. That caused his date across from him to giggle, "Honestly, that's the most calm reaction I've seen in awhile"
